Dr. Diane Malnekoff, Ph.D., A.C.C., brings a powerful background to executive coaching, first as a corporate executive in the aviation industry then as a business psychologist. By combining what executive experience brings to the table with an in-depth savvy of human behavior she can provide a unique perspective, offering expertise in both realms. Dr. Malnekoff has built DM Consulting over 20 years, coaching C-level executives, senior leaders, VC’s and smart, successful professionals.

Dr. Malnekoff has vast experience working with global enterprises across industries, e.g., energy, transportation, telecom, government, healthcare, technology and manufacturing, as well as nimble start-ups, and digital media.  As an internal consultant, she worked with 3M Optical Systems, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Wells Fargo. Current and past clients include science and research at Sandia National Laboratory, Genentech, Kaiser; internet and technology at Google, Yahoo, Cisco, Electronic Arts, Tube Mogul,App Lovin; media, entertainment and advertising at OZY Media,.Wired, BuzzFeed, Lucas Arts, Wunderman; finance at Cadre, MasterCard, Bank of the West; energy at Valero, Chevron.

Dr. Malnekoff’s Mastering Gender Communication coaching, workshops, and presentations offer concrete tools and techniques to work with both men and women with more impactful results. Her approach comes from female and male brain science and understanding how this plays out in the workplace.

Dr. Malnekoff holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, Palo Alto University. She is a graduate of the Executive Coach Academy and holds a coaching certification from the International Coach Federation. She is a licensed psychologist and expert in leadership and human behavior.
