Executive Coaching

Our Executive Coaching is designed to maximize potential for executives, executive teams, professional, boards and VC’s who want to develop leadership in their portfolios. The coaching process is a multi-phased engagement which takes place over a period of months including implementation of a customized development plan and sessions to prepare for and deepen the learning from real-time work situations.

As part of coaching, our discovery process surfaces critical information using robust, scientifically-validated assessment tools, what we learn about our clients is augmented by our Deep Analysis 360°.

Executive coaching often overlooks organizational context. Our Deep Analysis 360° also takes into account the fact that individuals and groups don’t operate in a vacuum. We do not just look at the individual’s capabilities; we also unearth essential details about the organizational environment and culture, the players and the processes of how work gets done, the stakeholders and personalities, the formal and informal power structure, and current business challenges. This analysis lays the foundation for everything we do.

Once we have completed our discovery process – which itself ignites shifts in thinking and perspective – we design a customized development plan. This is where our expertise shines. We help you craft successful and practical strategies that incorporate your capabilities, your stretch goals and the organizational realities of your business environment. Our coaching involves close follow up to examine with you how to continuously refine and improve your performance over a six-month to year-long working relationship.
